We want to make your purchase experience as stress-free as possible. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order. 

Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Ships in 3-5 working days. Transit Time takes an additional 5-10 working days.
• Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 6.30 pm.
• Working days are Monday to Friday.
• We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Important: All delivery timeframes are estimates only provided by our carriers. Stay Active Health cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order leaves our fulfillment center. Weather events, carrier delays, customs inspections, and peak seasons may extend delivery times. 

 

Tracking your order

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number once the package ships (it can take up to 2 days). 

 

Please contact us at support@stayactivehealth.com if you cannot find your tracking number and provide your full name and mailing address, and confirmation number.
